REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely in love with your STELLA Vivian order.  STELLA Vivian accepts all returns that are sent back within 10 days of receiving your item(s).  All refunds granted will be issued via the inital payment method.

In order for us to process your return, please make sure that the garment is in the original condition you received it, i.e:

  • Tags still attached

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unstained

  • Unperfumed

Please note that returns which don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item.


These conditions do not apply to faulty garments.

Items excluded from returns

  • Hats

  • Earrings

Faulty Items

We are so sorry if the item you received was damaged or incorrect!

Please contact our STELLA Vivian Dolls, at STELLAVivianBoutique@gmail.com and we would be happy resolve this issue for you.  All refunds granted will be issued via the initial payment method.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM 

Please email STELLAVivianBoutique@gmail.com with your return request, once you receive a confirmation email of the return may you then return your package. Return mailing expense is the responsibility of the Buyer.  Please note if you are local you may return your item at a drop off location.

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your item(s).

If your tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our warehouse but the refund hasn’t appeared in your account after 5 business days, please follow up with our STELLA Vivian Dolls.
